Hi Everyone!

It’s our first Blog post!

Can you tell we’re just a wee bit excited?

As a first order of business, we wanted to let you know what to expect from the podcast and this blog.

Bossy, Brilliant & Badass is about owning the traits that makes us all special and finding the power within ourselves to be fearless while living our dreams. Our goal to share with you what we believe people, and specifically women can tap into, to move forward in their careers, businesses, projects, dreams, goals and ultimately lives.

On the podcast, Lisa and I will chat about all the things that makes us all unique, but in a lot of ways, the same when it comes to chasing our dreams. We plan to share personal stories, letting you in on the highs and lows of starting our businesses and how we overcame obstacles along the way. We are both coaches and subscribe to coaching methodologies, as well as other methods that are helpful for achieving success. That means we’re probably going to mention coaching and therapy... A. LOT.

Besides our deep dive conversations, we will bring you guest interviews, share our “guidelines” to being a badass and much more. Our discussions will focus heavily on entrepreneurship, careers, leadership and just general badass behavior

The blog is meant to support the podcast, by expanding on ideas that we won’t always be able to get to in the podcast as well as a place for our tips, tools and resources to reside.

Will you join us as we talk and blog about all the ways to create the balance we need to keep moving forward with our careers, and our lives?

As we embark on this journey together, we want to hear from you guys. As women, we know that we are better and stronger together and sharing with you via the podcast and this blog is just the first step. It is important to us that we build a community of women who can uplift, support and learn from each other.

Ultimately, we want to shine a light on the struggle and banish the feelings of loneliness that come as we quest to make our dreams come true personally and professionally. We hope to provide the inspiration, motivation, education and mentorship we all need, to be fully equipped to handle challenges that come to us and from within us.

Above all, this is going to be fun! As we hone in and focus on doing the hard work of reaching our goals, we will have a laugh while we get down to business!
